IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY FEES TO BROKER, YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

  1. USER ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT BROKER, REWS, MLS PARTICIPANTS, MLS PROVIDERS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR:

  1. USER-GENERATED CONTENT;
  2. THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, FRAUDULENT, CRIMINAL, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY;
