IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY FEES TO BROKER, YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT BROKER, REWS, MLS PARTICIPANTS, MLS PROVIDERS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR:

1. USER-GENERATED CONTENT;
2. THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, FRAUDULENT, CRIMINAL, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY;
3. THE CONDITION, LEGALITY, SUITABILITY, SAFETY, VALUE, HABITABILITY, OR MARKETABILITY OF ANY PROPERTY;
4. ERRORS, OMISSIONS, INACCURACIES, OR DELAYS IN MLS OR IDX DATA;

7. ANY DECISION MADE BY A USER BASED ON INFORMATION DISPLAYED ON OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE;
